NO PURCHASE, TRANSACTION, OR FINANCIAL ACCOUNT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Missouri who are eighteen [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Belgrade State Bank ("Sponsor"), its advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on August 11, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM CDT and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER
You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two (2) ways. Both entry methods offer an equal chance of winning.
- Method 1: Social Media Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Sponsor’s official Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/belgradestatebank/ and complete the following actions: Like the Sponsor's Facebook page; and follow the Sponsor's Facebook Page.
Upon completing the required entry steps during the Sweepstakes Period, the eligible participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Existing followers will also be given an entry.
- Method 2: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without opening an account, making a purchase, or completing a debit card transaction, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper or index card. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2026 and received by September 8, 2026 to be eligible. Each mail-in card counts as one (1) entry. Photocopies, mechanical reproductions, or automated entries are void.
4. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Maximum of 1 total entry(s) per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry used. Multiple entries submitted by the same person in excess of this limit will be disqualified.
5. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. PRIZE AND DRAWING DETAILS
On or about September 9, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all combined eligible entries received. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected.

One (1) winner will receive a Weekend at Twin Eagle Lake Estates & Hideout, consisting of:
- Two (2) nights of lodging;
- Golf cart rental;
- Waterpark passes, when the waterpark is in season;
- Winner’s choice of an available boat rental, up to a maximum value of $100; and
- Picnic and grilling food with a value of up to $150.
- Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1150.00.
- Tax Considerations: The prize value is over the IRS $600 threshold; therefore, a Form 1099-MISC will be generated by the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING PRIZE
The potential winner will be notified by telephone or email on or about September 9, 2026. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond timely, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Belgrade State Bank, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
