BELGRADE STATE BANK'S INTERNET BANKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To maintain the highest security for your accounts, your user id and password must have the following criteria listed below.
Your userID must contain:
- At least 6 (six) letters
- At least 1 (one) special character such as # $ &
- At least 1 (one) number
Username Examples: steven#88 or $leslie3 or dantheman#1
Your password must contain:
- At least 6 (six) letters
- At least 1 (one) special character such as # $ &
- At least 1 (one) number
Password Examples: dogsare#1 or bigmon3y$ or mike&michelle9
You will receive a confirmation email from us. At that point, you may login using your userid and the password you set on the enrollment screen.
Upon first login, you will be required to set a passphrase that will be displayed to you each time you login - no punctuation - just a one or two word phrase about the security image assigned to you. This verifies to you the bank website is not an imposter.
You will also be required to configure 3 security questions for an additional layer of security.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL ID AND PASSWORD AND THEIR USE BY YOU. IF YOU PROVIDE ANOTHER PERSON WITH THE MEANS AND NECESSARY INFORMATION TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS VIA BELGRADE STATE BANK INTERNET BANKING, YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS USING THAT ID AND PASSWORD UNTIL DISABLED OR REVOKED IN ACCORDANDE WITH THE BANK'S PROCEDURES.

"Access" means the use of your ID and password to conduct a transaction or obtain information via telephone, personal computer banking, or any other available method.
You may access your account(s) by computer 24 hours a day by logging on to our website and using your personal ID and password.
Transfers:
*Transfer funds from checking to checking or savings
*Transfer funds from savings to checking or savings
*Make payments from checking or savings to loan accounts with us
Obtain information:
*Account balances on checking, savings, CDs, or loans
*Deposits and withdrawals on checking, savings, CDs, or loans
*About your safe deposit box
*About your past statements
The same transfer limitations, fees, availability of funds, error resolution procedures, and account descriptions apply as set forth in the new account disclosure you received at the time of opening.
You understand and agree that use of, or connection to, the Internet provides opportunity for unauthorized access by a third party to your computer system, network, and any and all information stored therein. All information transmitted and received through the Internet is subject to unauthorized interception, diversion, corruption, loss, access, and disclosure. We shall not be responsible for any adverse consequences whatsoever of your connection to or use of the Internet, and shall not be responsible for use by you of an Internet connection in violation of any law, rule, or regulation or any violation of the intellectual property rights of another.
Liability
We are not liable if:
*Through no fault of ours, you do not have enough available funds in your account to complete a transaction.
*You have not properly followed the agreement for using the service, or malfunctions of your computer, software, related equipment, or power failure.
*Withdrawals from any account prohibited by a court order such as garnishment or other legal process, or the account is in dispute or restricted for any reason.
*Circumstances beyond our control, including fire, flood, equipment failure, or any other event which interferes with the Bank's normal operations.

Belgrade State Bank may terminate your access to our internet banking service at any time, without notice, and for any reason.
